It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I am logged in on gog.com but when I go to support.gog.com I get a sign-in button which however doesn't work.
Doesn't work how? Like when you click it nothing happens, or you enter your login information and it says it's wrong, or you enter your login information and it just loads a new page with you signed out again? If the last one, make sure your browser isn't blocking cookies.

If you use Firefox, you need to click the shield icon on the left side of the address bar and disable tracking protection. Otherwise, gogsupport.zendesk.com gets blocked which prevents you from logging in.

That being said, logging in is only useful for checking out old support tickets. If you filed any tickets recently, there's no way to see them on the site.

You can get a rare error where a previous email address is wrongly associated with the zendesk login, and logging in fails. But when this happens you get redirected back to the GOG front page with the error embedded in the url. If this is happening, contact support via email.

Thanks, that was it!
Tried the suggestions and bunch of other things in Firefox and Chrome. Currently:

1. if not logged in, clicking on login on the support page prompts me to login and then redirects me to store page (gog.com)
2. if already logged in, clicking on login on the support page redirects me to store page (gog.com)

So it looks like a continuous issue.

I know it's not much help to you, but I just tested a login and it worked fine.

Do you get an error code added in the url by any chance? Or is the url when you're redirected "normal"?

Same here. Nothing's changed since my previous post.

Check the address bar in your browser. I am getting the same issue and found the error message in the address bar.

Is your error message indicating an old (and incorrect) incorrect email address (it says something like "x email address already exists")? Because I had that this year and support fixed it easily. It was a mismatch between what appears to be two account systems.

There was indeed an error in the url. The message was that my "previous email" was already taken, which makes no sense. My account settings were showing my "current email", though.

The workaround that did the trick was changing my GOG email back to my "previous email", logging out of all sessions and logging back in.

Even though I managed to log in, there's nothing under activities at support.gog.com, but I guess that's a separate issue.

Anyhow! Thanks for pointing me towards the url!

It is! I just sent support a request for it.

Thank you!

That's normal. They removed the ability to see an overview of your tickets ages ago. There used to be an explanatory error message, but now it just says your ticket has been submitted.

That's right. I think when we create our accounts at first, a zendesk support account is created as well as the store one. Then for whatever reason some people who change their email later on end up with a mismatched login because the zendesk login wasn't updated properly. Other people seemingly haven't had issues changing their email address, so it's not likely a very widespread problem.

Changing your store email back to your original may indeed work to bring both logins into alignment, but I don't know if you'll have a problem if you change it again in the future. In my case the old email ended up on a spam/scam list, so I had to change it and keep it changed to a new one. Fortunately support righted my support login quite quickly.
