I've been thinking about this for a while, thinking that people (including myself) are way too addicted to sales price and that this kind of giveaway might prompt some of us to also buy games when they are not on sale. I gave up the idea... until the recent announcement. Gog is not in a very good shape, but is not dead yet. So here we go, this is my contribution.

And since I don't believe that a digital game should be more expensive than $50 (no matter what "goodies" you add to it) I'm gifting away any game within the $25-$50 range. Pick your poison, post it and I will randomly pick the lucky one on Monday 4th, at a random time. Good luck!

Fantastic giveaway, friend. I'm in for Factorio. I feel it's the best choice because even if GOG goes tits up, I can still download it directly from the dev's website.

As for being addicted to sales price... I don't think it's an addiction, for me it's just being rational with my limited budget. If I can buy a ton of games on a big sale, enough to last me until the next big sale, then that's what I'll do, it's just logical.

But should GOG change their sales policy and have either fewer sales or smaller discounts, I would totally understand and would adapt my spending without complaining.
