I asked for a refund on September 9th because I bought a game by accident and still no response, I have sent like 5 tickets and wrote to a support employee and nobody responds, why do they have a support service if it is really useless?

GOG Support is slow. Took two weeks for them to reply to my last issue. Spamming them with emails will not help. Did you receive conformation email at least?

Anmm... To refund just go to your orders, no need to write tickets... Not sure what has happened.
I am a collector no more, Ima playa now :D and had no problems with refunds, especially since I refunded my wallet just to buy another game to play intensively. It was... automatic.

they give me the ticket number but nothing else, it seems strange to me because I have requested a refund before and it was instantaneous.
I guess I just have to wait :/
