you will have to contact them from here.
Choose your problem type and mail them from here.
Then you will receive a support ticket number in your mail.
Then you will have to wait (it may be 2 hour or 2 days or 2 weeks but you will have to wait ) for reply of support.

If everything fails simply message one of men in blue they will help you.

I had a trouble with friend list here and a blue named Johny. helped me.
Remember to not create another ticket while you're waiting, just because they have not answered, even if it takes a long time.

It depends what you're asking. Billing issues should be handled the day of the complaint, 2 max, I'd imagine. If you're complaining that the website is gray on your monitor, it could take upwards of 2 years. :)

Usually they answer in 2 days. If you don't get a response, they may have sent the response it was somehow eaten. That happens. Since this is so long ago, I'd recommend sending a blue-text person a PM. (search for Firek -- he's awesome)

Hi, thanks for the feedback so far.
My issue is, that I accidentally bought Fallout 1& 2 a second time. I owned the version that were available first time on GOG.
The new versions have different Titles. The old ones are called "Fallout 1 (or 2) Classic", the new ones are called Fallout 1 and Fallout 2.
Hence they did not came up as "owned". I noted that after I bought and requested a refund - no feedback yet....

What should I do ?
