The daily deals, are they deals that will
a)last only a day at the current sale price
b)last only a day
c)have the front page of the site but otherwise there is nothing "special" about them
d)are the new games added to the summer sale and when they are gone from the daily deals they will continue till the end of the sale at the same sale price
e)something else?

It appears that all the items on sale are pretty much revealed, and going to stay this way.
However, as some have pointed out, while the announcement mentions 1500+ "deals", filtering all games by discount only gives 24 pages of results with 1169 items. So don't know whether new games will be added.

EDIT: A blue said that more games will be added:
