I already have.
Until the end of last year all my purchases were on GoG. I haven't bought anything here since around end of last year when all of this started.

I use GoG more as a curation system for indie games since there is too much games on Steam for good ones to get noticed.
If they would know me better than myself, as you said, they would be selling me something instead of pushing me to Steam don't you think?

Well, great. Personally, I think GOG is doing a better job right now than they have in past years. Several AAA from years past are finally available and I'm happy about that. And to be fair, I haven't seen too many adult games here within the past month or so. Other than the obvious Kagura release, of course. However, in my online debates with people who push the same anti-porn and anti-coomer mentalities, I noticed one very common thread -

Also feel free to use whatever doesn't offend your puritan sensibilities, but I sir believe in a freedom of the individual. If a person gets addicted, then it's up to them to dial it back. I have probably about 300-400 of these things and guess who would rather play Shantae and The Seven Sirens? I mean, are you somehow shocked that I'm not just spending my days fapping away with all these games? Because there's a time and place for all that.

GoG is already in dark tunnel. Competition is rough as hell. I bet steam gets 100 new customer when gog gets 1 or so. Thats very optimistic already.

Yeah. I find it hilarious how people have no problem with games where you massacre or dismember humans, animals or various other creatures on regular basis, yet are still throwing puritanical, sometimes outright sanctimonius temper tantrums whenever an erotic game appears on a store. In a day and age where you can literally just type your desire into Google, hit enter and have a go at it.

But it will hopefully pass. Violent games had to wade through this nonsense too some 25-30 years ago, when everyone was screaming bloody murder about how Doom, Mortal Kombat or Carmageddon are ruining civilization.

I can assure you that with the tens of billions of traffic that pornhub used to get, people are not so insecure when it comes to adult material. And I can show you more than enough articles where casual murder had been committed by both men and women. Yep, sometimes out of the blue. Some people even get off to murder. A guy hired a young dominatrix who stabbed him to death in his childhood treehouse when they were having sex. She felt no pain or remorse. I can guarantee you that if murder had been a legal act, what you are saying about most people not wanting to commit it, would be absolutely false.

Sex, unlike murder is legal and I think that's what it all boils down to. We constantly kill in these games, because it's really the only legal way a person can take lives and never be held responsible for it. Also, you may be able to point a gun at a man in a video game and shoot him, but most people wouldn't have the guts to do it in real life, even though it happens all the time in my area. Young men are shooting each other over women. That kind of silliness.
