Czudowny: It's all over the place - various people fangasming because GOG "saved their gamez".

GOG Team and their sponsors has done nothing to be appreciated for. They did this for money, not because they want "Good Old Games" to be available for everyone, or at least those who didn't have a chance to play them back then, or because of some other, esoteric idea, like idealistic world without DRM and/or being platform for indie developers.

Seriously - they did it for hard bucks and because they filled a niche - they succeeded. There were no Legends of Morals involved and no Titans of Ethics participated in their creation.
I deer their games rather than fawn over them

Let me guess: Either a really bad troll posting or just an enraged customer, who didn't learn how to criticize at all? Are you serious about your words? Of course there is not only the idealistic view, but there are games without DRM. So where is the problem at all? And the problem you mentioned: Lost of "Good Old Games" ... hey that's the problem of the customers. I've voted for staying the way it was but it seems most of the people wishes just another clone of Steam without some major restrictions.
