Witcher 3 release, what's going on?

Seriously, everyone I know is playing the game just fine on Steam. I preloaded it on GoG to play it ASAP. And now nothing is working. I still can't even play the game because it says "release in less than an hour" for like 3 hours now.
What the hell is going on?

I sure as hell ain't gonna use GoG Galaxy anymore if everyone I know on Steam has been playing it just fine since release time 3 hours ago.

First of all, Galaxy is only a beta, so expect issues; Steam has had a decade to get things running smoothly, Galaxy has had less than a month. Second, what have you done to try fixing it already? Have you done the basics, like restart Galaxy, reboot the PC, etc.

I got this game free with GTX video card purchase, so I am using GOG, but after all the problems I am having getting this game to work and patch. I am hardly happy.

Yes, I have tried everything that I have read on these forums so far.
The only thing I haven't tried yet is uninstalling the entire game that I preloaded several days ago for the release.
Right now it seems like the only option left, honestly.

Have you tried to just restart Galaxy?

Of course. I've tried pretty much everything.

Did you give Galaxy Admin rights?

Did you move the game after installing it?

Yes. I have done that. And I have with the patch file as well.
Still always get error when trying to use the patch file and GoG Galaxy still says "waiting for release"
