liquidsnakehpks: If i am assuming right , if a gifter has whitelisted a friend of his then the whitelisted person can enter any of his giveaways including the group giveaways ?

Catshade: Not automatically; Your whitelisted friends list are treated like a one separate Steam group. So the gifter still has to check his/her whitelist 'group' like you have to check the GOG.com Gift Club group to make a multi-group giveaway.
Thanks for the info i guess so in case anyone makes a group + whitelist giveaway the rule comes into force
