You could host a regular giveaway outside of SG, or make your giveaway private, so that only people who can use the key will be able to enter.

The thing is I'm not quiet sure if it's EU only or not. It doesn't stays it anywhere but:
I have this: http://store.steampowered.com/sub/45854/ - and it's viewable only in EU
Non-EU can buy this: http://store.steampowered.com/sub/41074/ - and it's not viewable in my country
So I figure my copy is EU only most probably but I can still trade the gift to an US account so it's not yet locked. I'm really confused :D

If you have region-locked games in your Steam Inventory and if you go there, you will see them with a warning in red that says that can only be traded or gifted to others from certain countries (and the message is followed with a list of countries allowed for that), like in these screenshots:

A region-locked Steam store page that can't be loaded from other coutries doesn't mean 100% that those games can't be traded or gifted for users in such countries (one example is Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition). But there's a way to see those pages from region-locked countries by just adding at the end of the store links this: "?cc=us", (the last letters are for any country where the game can be purchased). This allow you to see such pages, but not to purchase them (you get an error with the currency). As for your link, I used "?cc=gb", like this:

But all I see is the page to add and confirm the purchase of The Witcher 3, so that's a little weird (:P). Maybe someone else can explain more of this, but I want to add, many thanks for trying and thinking in the group with an impressive title like this one! ^_^

I think it's prepared to be region locked but is not at the moment. That's what I figured searching the net about it. So I'll put it up for everybody and hope thwy won't lock it before the giveavawy ended. 4 days and because it's such a great title it will be contributor $50+

It doesn't really matter if the game is region locked as long as the gift isn't. I've traded for several games that are region locked in my country and activated them with no problems because the gift wasn't locked. For instance, Fable III was region locked in my country while it was on steam, I traded for it, activated and played it with no problems. It was same with other region locked games but I can only think of Fable III from the top of my head as an example. Btw thanks for the giveaway.
