P1na: Sure is. My pirate copy of Bishock 2 works perfectly fine too, or it did back when I first tried it, but after the mess I described I rage quit and didn't bother installing it again.
Have you tried a tool like the GfWL disabler for Fallout 3 or xliveless? The game couldn't get any more unplayable, could it?

Actually, a little hummingbird told me he wants caesar more... and at this rate, he might get away with it.

As for deactivating it, I don't really care that much. I abandoned playing bioshock the first time through, then I actually finished it riding the hype that beating SS2 gave me. Once I lost that inertia, I don't really feel like playing anymore. So thanks, but I'll pass. Besides, as I said, I have a pirate copy of it already downloaded on my HD a meter away from me, I know I can play if I actually wanted to.

One of the nice things of being me, is that I hear a lot while getting pollinated. Most of it is annoying useless chirping, but you can get to the juicy stuff with some skill.
