Anyway, I would like to thank to Ian and to the whole community. I am not new to the site, but I have never been on the forum before the last month: this was a big error and, trust me, I am not speaking because I won a giveaway.

i know its always good to have the winner reply asap but there is a site rule that he must be allowed 7 days , dont try to bypass that for all the winner could complain back and the gifter could be in trouble , i trust the gog members to get back to the winner asap or else wait for 7 days.

A lot of hit and run have happened but please try to show some mercy towards the winners , they are winners not prisoners.

just look at how its turning out
dr.schliemann won -> is not given a congrats/cheers for winning -> is threatened to reply even before a few days is up-> 3 or more people are already with pitch forks at him ->he replies back as soon as hes online-> everyone left stranded.

please try to make the giveaways a little joyful process and not production line quality type/nazi type, that's not the way this group was meant to be both winner and gifter are important , smile and make it work after each giveaway not threaten

@dr.schliemann congrats on your win mate , a recent set of unfortunate events have altered the response factor , winners are requested to reply asap that they are legit so that the gifter is stress free. its pretty horrible to see it that ,

This is a classic respected community no manhandling of the winner/ other members. after a giveaway stay calm let the gifter and winner work it out, if it does not we will kick him out and the support at steam gifts will take action too .

My humble request to all the generous gifters of the group , please keep the winner name anonymous, till you send the gift . The main site does this for a reason , calling out winners name asap is a open invite for others to attack em .
If the winners are unresponsive get in touch with the mods.
