sorry it didnt work out well for you on SG.
i had a similar incident occur they 'sent the wrong code' and refused to send the correct code for the game they put up there (no multiple SG giveaways either to get mixed up on, not even a similar named game).
i already had the 'wrong' title in my steam library, so i redeemed no codes. after i refused to give them the credit for their first giveaway (c/o it not being the correct game and they were trying to gain the system based upon the emails, and it was obviously a burner SG account), all their emails were only in russian from that point onwards.

edit: obviously it wasnt a GOG group SG win

ya, when i contacted the guy & said that it might be that he wrote the code down incorrectly & he has time to fix the mistake in offering the correct one...
but his reason was that he got the code from a trade, on Steam...
