Ubivis: I am having trouble with steamgifts at the moment, so my giveaways have to wait until I can send out the games.

It always redirects me to http://www.steamgifts.com/sync and tells me that my profile is private (it is not). No chance for me to acess any other part of the page.
Sometimes steamgifts also tells me that I have a private profile when sync, then I try several times to sync and finally it works.

already tried since the server breakdown yesterday... with 3 different computer, 2 different browsers and loggin in and out several times.. no chance.. I have contacted theire support, hope they will solve that soon.
When logged out, I can access the forum, and it seems to me, other people have the same problem.

Happens to me too from time to time, Just tried and got
If you would like to force a refresh, please switch to a public Steam profile.

It always redirects me to [re-sync]...
I have this problem all the time, and my profile is public, too. I just keep trying to sync, over and over, until it eventually takes it. There are two parts: hit the sync command, then hit the "OK" button to complete the process. You'll know you've succeeded when it says "Last updated 30 second ago."

You get that error message whenever SteamGifts is unable to link to your Steam account, regardless of whatever you click on. It means that SteamGifts is having trouble reading your information from your Steam profile.

Check the various settings on your profile. There are three privacy settings, and it's possible you may need to set all three to "public."
