Yep. Down from here.
I see that http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com says it's up. If they changed hosts, they might have a new IP address and my DNS server may still be pointed to the old IP address.

IP I have for them is 65.98.60.250. What do you get if you "ping steamgifts.com" ?

must be that then, I never hit that IP on a tracert. Longest leg is the last one getting to the site though

I can't reach it by "normal" means, but I read this in the Steam SG Group forum:

"For those who might read comments, before asking if SG is still down, try using the Google Chrome Browser and the extension Data Saver(Beta) for the time being."

It worked for me.

[i]Hey SG, unfortunately our site is down again, for similar reasons to earlier in the month. The response from our host is:
'We had to nullroute the server due to a very large inbound NTP amplification attack against your site.'
The site will come back online in the next couple of hours.
To hopefully avoid these issues in the future, we'll be moving to a new host. I'm in the process of setting up our new servers and transferring our data, and the site will likely switch to the new location in a day or two if all goes well.[/i]
