Can I ask for an invite? I am not sure whether I am part of this group or not as I have not used SG in quiet some time but was part of gog group in the past.

sg maybe down for about 24 hours do to a isp issue. they are trying to work with them so i'm not sure if it will come up before that. they also said a new isp will be looked into for the future of the site.
