Going into the red doesn't get one kicked. After the rule goes into full effect on Sept 25th, entering giveaways after going into the red will cause users to be kicked. (Any outstanding group giveaways will also be considered, so this script is only a guideline.)
Then such accounts might be getting a surprise on or after the 25th, but I won't say any more about that though.
