ET3D: Just read the rules (after mentioning this group and thread in another thread). Rule #9 has the text of rule #10 posted in it.
If you haven't notice, the group was updated some time ago to v4: it has now a new (and the only) thread for the group, and one rule was eliminated from v3, thus changing the number order of many rules. The old threads are not valid anymore and were closed.

The only rules that matter now are from the v4 and you can find them here in this thread in post #2 or here http://steamcommunity.com/groups/GOGGIFT ;)

The text "All new members must make at least one giveaway within the first 12 months after joining the group or must make one giveaway when they've won for a 5th time. Whatever happens first." appears in rule 9, and that text is rule 10.
