The easier thing would be canceling the giveaway and doing it again, probably those two people who entered for it can't enter the new giveaway (because it's not for Russia only), but other people will, as it should be since the game is region free from what I understand.

Thanks for the replies. The game is region restricted (at least I would caution that this is what BS states on the game page: "Region-locked game -This Product will NOT activate in the following regions:
Russian Federation, China, Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Egypt, Lebanon." So, I'm guessing I understand the restriction settings backwards? I apologize to the 2 entrants, but I followed the advice here and deleted the giveaway and created a new game. The one time I entered a ticket for manual help took over a year (but they did actually answer the question over a year later).

This explains the lack of interest. I knew we had a lot of Polish/Russian on GOG, but that was still an odd response for that franchise. Now I'm wondering how the person that won the region locked Dishonored 1 was able to use it? At any rate, apologies for the confusions. New game linked below. Still no BS key, but is promised "on or before the 11th" by BS. I'll be watching that day and will send ASAP to the winner once received.

DyNaer: remove the steam lvl (it's not reliable. for this group)

to get more rep in the GOG's forum :

you gain:
- 1 point each day if you create a post
- 5 points (i think) if you answer a question & the author marks the answer as solution
- some points (not sure how many) if some users rate in the + your post

that's the regular way , other ways are just rep. manipulation & are forbidden. (but i don't want to enter in this subject -.-)

Now since you have a lvl 4.39 on SG ; i don't know, it's not to me to decide , but i'm pretty sure it's not enough, check the rules https://www.gog.com/forum/general/steamgifts_gog_gift_club_v4_main_thread/post2
