GOG level is what I meant to be more clear. You earn rep by being active on the forum and getting people to + your posts.

remove the steam lvl (it's not reliable. for this group)

to get more rep in the GOG's forum :

you gain:
- 1 point each day if you create a post
- 5 points (i think) if you answer a question & the author marks the answer as solution
- some points (not sure how many) if some users rate in the + your post

that's the regular way , other ways are just rep. manipulation & are forbidden. (but i don't want to enter in this subject -.-)

I think you set the restrictions backwards in this case. When I try clicking your link, I am told that I cannot view it, because the giveaway is restricted to RU+CIS.

Uh-oh. Better make a steamgifts support ticket asking them to change the region restrictions for that giveaway, otherwise it will be won by somebody who can't activate it. The region restrictions should be set to "none" - you can write in the comments that the game can't be activated in Russia.
