By the way, in Humble, the entries that don't have that gift symbol next to it can't be gifted? They give me a key anyway, can't I just give it to someone else?

I have two games with the gift symbol and one without.

Have a gift-copy (not cd key) of FE: Ultimate Edition to give away. Steam has gotten crazy with their trading restrictions and what not, so I can't promise there won't be an issue when it comes time to hand it off to the winner. I do have Steamguard and Steam mobile authenticator, so I believe I'm good on my end.

I also have a gift-copy of Deponia to give away, but I can't seem to create that giveaway on Steamgifts. The first deponia is not available in the list of games to choose from, only the sequels.

items which requires the authenticator are : coupons (silly, but i can confirm this) , cards, emoticons, background and items from games such as counterstrike.

In SteamGifts you can gift in many ways, depending of your preference: the SteamGifts site itself offers a way to send Humble Bundle Gift Links and Steam Keys to the winner. So, if from Humble Bundle you don't have a way to generate a Gift Link, it's okay to gift Steam Keys too. And of course, you can also send them via e-mail or chat if you want. The site doesn't support Indie Gala Gift Links or Steam Gifts, so those should be sent using the other methods instead.

After the giveaway ends, you can click on the winner's name in Steamgifts and it will show you their email address, then click on the gift in your inventory on Steam and select the email option and add the user's address

Alternatively, you can send the person a friend invite and after they accept, click on the gift in your inventory and choose the 'send through Steam' option, select that user from your list of friends and Steam will do the rest

You could also send the person a friend request and trade them the gift, but I never do that because the other ways are easier and work well enough.
