So Nielegalna has won Outbreak: Scourge but I don't know how to send the gift through Steam Gifts.
Best way to get it to the winner? It's a gift url.

From what I remember, you'd want to click on the little present icon in the upper right corner (should have a red 1 next to it for you), and then from there, for the giveaway you just completed, under the "Key" field there should be an option to add or modify or something, click that and paste in the URL.

Thought it only allowed Steam Keys didn't realize it allowed URLs. Just tried it & it said only Humble or Steam links allowed.
Well I'll try adding her to Steam & just send her a message there.
