The first post of this thread, rule #9, has a table for the allowable gift differences.

Some of you recently are over the limit by varying degrees and need to stop entering group giveaways until your allowable gift difference is obtained. It's unfortunate, but we do have to remove members for ignoring this rule, but keep in mind most have been working within the rules, and it's only fair that every member do the same.
