Haha well, yes, they must think of a cellphone number..receiving cold callers or voice mail password changes on the phone which is used by the whole household would turn out to be creepy^^

Steam is a monopoly. This is why their supports sucks and most likely always will. This is a company that had to be dragged into court to offer refunds and still (though many have complained) has inconsistent and marginal labeling of added DRM requirements like Ubisoft's Uplay.

Ultimately they're betting the social features of their client and cheap game prices will overshadow the bullshit anti-competitive practices and nonexistent support.

i got lotsssssssssssssss of patience with him and decided to ignore him ..... damn .... that's why i don't really like participate in the steams forums, there are legions like him.

step 1: make a ticket that your account has been compromised (add ALL the information they ask for in the 1st post)
step 2: contact local consumer affairs office (or whoever handles consumer complaints for Steam in Germany)
step 3: watch as they respond
It sadly sounds like you had the EXACT same thing happen to you that I did-someone hacked your account. What I listed above worked for me except I contacted WA consumer affairs since I am in the US. If you contact them, you won't have to wait 3+ weeks for a response. Once you get your account back, you cannot trade for 15 days.

You are probably right , i curently playing a game which gone out of early access since two weeks or so (Bloodlust : Shadowhunter), in comparaison the subforum is quite relaxing ;)
