I remember like 7 years ago whenever this game came out free it was fun, had a lot of people and was a decent fast multi player experience but yeah after played through once or twice you wont want to play again depending on the person I guess.

Go to the library and right click on any game to get a drop down menu with options for all kinds of things.

I am super amazed that I, with my very limited experience with Steam, can help someone with it :-)

Game seems solid enough and ok even with bots but not something I would personally ever buy but for free I will try it a little. I know I have seen games with similar or even same gameplay on GOG but due to not being my cuppa, I cannot remember their names.

So now, after I completely lost interest in a single player campaign for this game because none of my friends wanted to play it (they were busy with L4D), they release an improved version with single player campaign? Well, bullocks... I'll rather go play FTL now ._.

No, it is on Steam so you need Steam, true that. Free as in no charge but not free as in open source or free of some compulsory service signup. You need a GOG account for the free games on GOG too.
