Im a little over the whole "debating on the internet" thing. We all have our opinions. I have mine. I will express mine. You can make fun of me for it, but I won't make fun of yours because, democracy, freedom of speech, something the youngins just will never understand.

Edit: Also, I don't click on links. You can have your fun, I'm just sitting here with my popcorn :)

You're perfectly free to express your opinions, just please do so respectfully. Mocking another person for their beliefs and ESPECIALLY for their loss is not respectful in any form or fashion.

I wasn't mocking them for their loss. It's a terrible thing to lose a child, to anything. And I have no problem with the game. At all. Although I would never support this developer, because of his beliefs that I find... creepy. A good deed done for the wrong reasons usually turns out wrong in the end.

Fair enough, but please refrain from mocking his beliefs. Perhaps you think religion is a terrible thing, but that doesn't automatically make those who are religious terrible people.

I lost someone very special to cancer, and it hurt me so much and made me so depressed I attempted suicide a year later. So I feel for the family.

That being said, I'm not religious and don't ever wish to be, and I can't really see myself playing this "game". I play games to have fun and have my skills challenged. This is exactly the kind of thing that would have been better off as some sort of mini movie or something.

It's probably different in game form though. Someone can feel more of a connection when interacting instead of just watching a film.
