I googled the guy who made this lame art form. He and his wife have four kids already. He lost one to cancer.

These religious idiots do nothing but breed. If they loose one of the many kids, they act like the world has ended.

Appears to be quite a few people in there who haven’t actually played the game they’re criticising or defending, judging by their profile histories. Many people have a particular notion on what constitutes a game and that’s fair enough. Steam is a cauldron of hundred hour RPGs, interactive novels, and software packs. There’s a lot of neighbouring fanbases who have little in common with each other.

One thing that caught my eye was the mere mention of religion being so divisive. A few months ago UK cinemas refused to screen a commercial reciting a prayer on the basis that it could offend those of another faith or no faith. Why anyone would be offended at the reminder that religions exist is beyond me.

Totally agree with this guy. Religious nutts are not meant to be heard, only seen and made fun of. Then, they can go off and live their lonely lives with themselves and their massive families, thinking their "family members" count as "friends" or "buddies"

So let's assume the developers aren't "religious nuts", and they're just your ordinary family that loves each other. Watching a loved one die of cancer is a horrible, horrible thing. Had to watch it twice within about 15 months, and it's... I don't know. Words can't describe it.

For those thinking this family had it coming - or that it's not a big deal - because of religion and/or their large family or any other reason, I sincerely hope that you never have to watch that happen to someone you love. I suspect you would be incapable of the care and empathy needed at that most trying of times.

In other words, it fucking sucks and I don't wish it on anyone. To minimize it is pretty rotten.
