Have you bought the game here on GOG (or on some key-reseller site)?
I clicked on the link but no luck, still i can see stasis in my library but base game missing

If the refresh link didn't work, you need to open a support ticket and provide proof of purchase (like the order in question printed as PDF).

I tried just now in a web browser and the offline installer started downloading. So at least it doesn't seem to affect all accounts.

Can confirm. Game is there and downloadable.

What I don't understand is the "missing base game" part of the OP.

As far as I am aware, the game doesn't have any DLCs, right?

And the message above I only saw when I had the infamous Hard West 2 DLC sitting in my account, and clicked on that.

Works for me as well.

Can you post a screenshot how your download page for the game looks?

Here's the two main questions:
1. Are you sure you are using the right account?
2. Have you tried to contact support yet?

It has, Deluxe Edition Upgrade, with actually a lot of content.

That's simply the base game plus extras. No DLCs.

Edit: attachment

Edit 2: I see now, what you meant - the upgrade is treated as DLC

The extras are not integrated in the standard edition, so technically speaking it's a DLC, even if it does not alter the game.
The deluxe edition is not a different edition but a package containing both.

edit: ah, you got it :)
nvm then

Could something like this happen, if one buys the actual game and the upgrade separately, and then for whatever reason the transaction for the game gets cancelled, but the upgrade purchase remains a valid transaction?

I'm not saying that has happened here, but just wondering.

If the dozen similar threads that we had this last week(s) are any indicator, my best guess would be either:

1) wrong account, or
2) game not bought on GOG, or
3) upgrade DLC bought here on GOG (apparently he still has that), BUT the base game bought on some key-reseller site. And now the key for the base game got revoked.

Edit: nothing we can do here - the OP needs to contact support. My money is on (3).

It can happen when a refund for the base game has been requested but not for any additional DLC or upgrade(s). In that case the base game will be removed and DLC content remaining in the library are no longer accessible.

Does your account look like the attached mock-up?

And am I right in my assumption, that you first bought the base game (Stasis) on some cheap key-reseller site, and the upgrade DLC (Stasis: Deluxe Edition Upgrade) at a later time here on GOG?

If so: your key for the base game got revoked, because it was initially bought with some stolen CC (that's why it was so cheap).

Solution to your problem: you'll have to buy the base game again - this time here on GOG.

(of course: if my assumption is wrong (unlikely) - contact support to ask for help)

Yes, that was my idea as well.
Cheap illegal key (or whatever), then upgraded.

But he also did say that he bought it on GOG, so I don't know really.
Wrong account also seems to be out of the picture, since he says he can see the game on his account.
I confirm I bought it on GOG and i was also able to download and play it some time ago, here the screen, i tried help via chat but no solution how to open ticket?
