May the 4th come to GOG.com!

Star Wars Day™ is near, a time when the world comes together to celebrate the long, long history of a galaxy far, far away. And so it is, once again we combine forces with Lucasfilm and Disney to join in on upcoming May the 4th celebrations the way we know best: with new releases, a classic Digital Premiere, and peecha chakka no wookie boonowa tweepi Saleo. Ho, ho, ho, hooo.

What do we have in store this week?

-- Star Wars: Rebel Assault I & II - a new digital premiere. The famous live-action, FMV rail shooter returns - blast through the ranks of the Galactic Empire, revisit familiar movie locations, and experience the rebel assault. Both of the classic titles come in one DRM-free package for Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux!

-- Collector's CD-ROM editions of: Star Wars™ X-Wing and Star Wars™ TIE-Fighter. The space-flight simulators finally become complete exclusively on GOG.com. The Collectors Edition, often considered the absolute re-release, combines upgraded graphics with the classic MUSE sound system, and a refined flight engine. It's a free upgrade to all of you that own it, and comes with every new purchase as well.

-- Star Wars: Jedi Knight II - Jedi Outcast and Star Wars: Jedi Knight - Jedi Academy now on GOG.com. Are these the best lightsaber swingin', force-pushin' simulators ever made? Search your feelings, you know it to be true.

-- Two big bundles, with every remaining Star Wars™ game on GOG.com:
Blaster Bundle - with 7 titles including the upgraded Star Wars X-Wing & TIE-Fighter series, and more Lucasfilm games brought back into the digital world from old CDs and dusty floppy disks.
Saber Bundle - with 10 games at a flat 77% off, including Star Wars Battlefront II, Knights of the Old Republic I & II, the two Dark Forces games, and our two new completely new releases: Star Wars: Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast & Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy.

Grab your blaster, wield your saber, and celebrate the days counting down to May the 4th with us! The entire shebang will last until Thursday, May 7, 6:59 AM GMT.

Russonc: lots to look at...must use the force and choose wisely (or just grab it all..)
Haha, nice! :D
Wow, this feels like Life Day™ is in April!
That Saber Bundle just made my day!
Which game is better: Jedi Outcast or Jedi Academy?

and I'll add: In which order should be played?
I honestly don't get the bundle system.

I get 76% off on the Saberbundle but can't see any combination with 50% off the blaster Bundle.
Thanks for bringing the definitive version of both X-Wing ant TIE Fighter.

I also see X-Wing Alliance got Deutsch and Italiano, are there any plans to bring the others languages as well, mainly french ?

Guys, are you certain that the blaster bundle is "up to 50% off"? Even if I select every game in the bundle, the maximum discount is 37%.

Avogadro6: Was just going to ask the same.
The wording of this is a bit confusing. They mean, that some of the games are 50% off inside the complete bundle, not the complete bundle itself.
If you select the whole bundle, Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds is 50% as well as Rogue Squadron and Rebellion.

Very nice. At first I thought the 75% off saber bundle was some sort of price mistake.

I also don't see a ~50% discount on the other bundle, showing up 35% here - meh...
I'll grab the Saber bundle at 77% off, but I'll pass on the Blaster Bundle at 37% off. I waited this long for a good discount, so I can wait a little longer. Thanks for the great deal on the Saber games though. Perhaps it's time to finally complete KOTOR 2...
This day will be long remembered. It has seen the release of the Collector's CD-Rom editions, of the complete Jedi Knight Series and of Rebel Assault. Truly, the Force is with GOG today. :D

But not a single game has a 50% discount.

Yeah, it's quite disappointing, since it's probably first "big" bundle with so low discounts (I'm not even telling about discounts for single titles, they're rather symbolic). And of course I'm interested in some titles in this blaster bundle, and not even one from saber bundle, my luck...

Well, at least we've got another title (or rather two) back from the grave - Rebel Assault I&II. Such situations are (for me) one of the biggest events on GOG,

Saber Bundle - with 10 games at a flat 77% off
It's 77% flat only if all the games are selected; otherwise it's 50% and even 20% for the new two releases
I wouldn't call that "flat"?

OMG BMF used the force on GOG XD

Cool releases & promos, but the packs are too big!

Blaster Bundle (want 4\7) is out of budget for me, but the Saber Bundle (want 7\10) seems doable :D
