if im breaching rules then this will be my very last post here.
respectfully theres no profit no cash incentive to be involved in illegal activities
the only outlay youll be likely to pay via paypal is to make downloads much quicker
tho im happy with the free very slow one myself.. beyond that check it out for yourself ..

Kind of confused... Is that a Steam game?
Just wondering because I own "Star Trek: Starfleet Academy" on GOG and there does not appear to be any DLC for it in the GOG catalogue nor included with the game, so I assume this must be on Steam or elsewhere?

It's an expansion set from 1998 that hasn't been re-released for sale, OP's probably just talking about some abandonware site.

He can't or better shouldn't. The term abandonware doesn't have any legal meaning. It's likely still copyrighted and you cannot just supply a download link. I think I remember that GOG at least didn't like posting links. They may tolerate this although again strictly speaking by offering to share, even on a private basis, he most probably helps in some illegal activity.

Having said that, I really like Old Games Finder.

Ah, a warez site. I hadn't considered that. I'll pass, not too big on having malware infections on my PC from random piracy sites. Perhaps GOG can have a legitimate copy of this supplied directly from the publisher as a bonus item in their official game in the future though.

Nah, not going to any dubious "abandonware" site.
It really sucks though that that mission pack isn't included in the Starfleet Academy download here on Gog, those missions actually were quite fun (even if Starfleet Academy isn't that great a game tbh).

ive checked with avg and malwarebytes who gave them a clean bill of health
as for piracy all i can say is, if the author/ dev still have rights or even still exist i cant say but take microsoft
train sim these days its predominately in modders hands these days the same with ts 20x dovetail games
have been happy to completely dumped rail simulater infact ea/ origin have a 2007 edition on sale tho dont
expect help if it goes wrong ... that said i saw comments on here about said expansion pack and just trying
to do a favour thats all nothing to gain by getting a bad rep with dodgy game sites nothing to gain at all
