Would you people buy ALL games, even though you like (and most probably will end up playing) like half of them? Would you buy only certain titles out of this recent sale event and if yes, would you mind presenting an argument (or two)? Just curious...

I only own a handful of their older releases here, and that's likely going to stay that way, since the rest don't really interest me. It's about time they bring some more games here ( old-ish and new ones alike ).
I am a collector so I buy games that I don't play.

I also quite a gamer (have 3000 hrs in Dota 2 for example).

But for this sale I would have none. I already have most, if not all, of them. Not to mention I only am looking forward to Final Fantasy titles (IX being my most wanted) and it won't be here.
If I have the funds, I'd buy all the ones I didn't have. Money is tight right now so I only bought a few.
I buy games to play them eventually. I'm not a collector or a completionist so I don't usually spend money on games I won't touch. This applies to every promo/ sale etc. An exception would be to buy something just to support a developer i like even if that means I maybe won't even install the game ever or in a better scenario it will be pushed way back to the end of my backlog or even more better (and most possibly) buy it as a gift. That support would be definitely when the game is on sale of course - can't really afford to give a "full price support". ;)
I kinda let myself go when I registered on GOG and bought quite a few games, although I only came here for the Infinity engine games...
But for over a year now I haven't been buying any games, because I really don't have the time to play them. So yeah, really trying to only buy what I know I'm going to play. And concentrating on decreasing my backlog.
Well, I bought the last 8 games I didn't have:
Was mostly interested in the Pandemonium games and Urban Chaos. Had a little interest in a couple others, (such as Deathtrap Dungeon because its a dungeon crawler - poorly reviewed but a genre I enjoy) but at 80% off it was buy 4 get 8 games vs. a 60% discount even if a couple of those was Daikatana and Angel of Darkness. Although to be fair, I've heard some reports saying the original issues of Daikatana have been fixed and it is now not a bad game and as a completionist, I knew I'd eventually spring for the red-headed stepchild of the Tomb Raider franchise...
I've previously purchased all but five of the games of the sale - and those five are ones I still don't want.

So... unless they come here with new titles, I'm already maxed on their offerings...

It's not a dungeon crawler, it's an action game with hack'n'slash and jumping/climbing. And it's easily one of the worst games I've ever played (I own the disk version). You need pixel perfect precision to avoid some traps - with sluggish controls and a drunken camera. Also it's infuriatingly unfair - the game will kill you over and over in ways you couldn't have anticipated.

If you're striving for the 5th Dan in anger management - give it a try...

Wow, that should be in a review...
Actually Deathtrap Dungeon is not bad game but is annoying because use of save points that will reset world to a state before so if you cleared area from traps and enemies but save point is before that area - you will restart and will need do that again. So be careful where you save because all your potions that you used will be lost too. I played as Red Lotus and is perfectly doable, maybe some overpowered bosses are a bit tricky and require more luck and timing than skill...

And why would I do that (buy stuff I won't ever play), unless I'm a collector or completionist like Vythonaut (I am not).

I'm still considering buying several titles that I either like (Thief) or would like to try (Legacy of Kain & Anachronox) but given that I got Deus Ex not long ago for half its price here and a big spring sale and/or Insomnia sale are coming soon, I will probably wait until I get better discount than 60 %.
Just the game I would realy want to play.
