Is there a spring sale coming soon GOG?

Hopefully, they do one.
I was thinking about this too. Last year, the Double Insomnia started on 4th March. The previous years, a smaller sale happened by the time now (Mutator, Pinata etc.). Maybe it has to do something with mentioned flood of games?
Not this week. Whenever there's a sale there's usually no staff picks that week.
Do we really need a huge sale?

I can see why Steam does it - huge collection, just trying to push games out there - but with GOG's smaller collection and rotating sales do we really need huge site-wide sales?

Its a seasonal thing, all the stores do it to compete with each other. Plus sales draw in new customers and help the business grow.

This.
We don't need another sale. There already more then enough going on.
Usually, the "Spring sale" here is something a little different than usual like "Luck of the Irish" or "Insomnia". Not usually a site-wide sale like Summer or Winter. Should be coming up soon though, but as mentioned above, with the Staff Picks, it's not this week.

But do we as gamers actually need or want huge sales? Do we prefer to be inundated with sales advertisements? Do we want storefronts to spend time coming up with new gimmicks?
No. Nnnnnno! It's a torture! Annual seasonal torture! GOG gives hundreds of games at reduced prices and all those colorful pictures! And I want to buy those games. I need them, I don't need - it's like a demon of greed awakens inside in the form of small, naive child, interested in everything GOG has to offer. And then with the last breeze of this Sales wind, I see a whole in my pouch and remember the times when my belly was full.

No! No more sales for me. Na-a.

Unless GOG makes a discount for all The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing games. I will grab those momentarily.

Obviously we do, since they keep doing them and we keep shopping them. If it didn't actually work, both in maintaining the current customer base and in expanding it, GOG, Steam and everyone else wouldn't bother to do it.

True, but a bit irrelevant. I'm questioning whether regular large sales are desirable, not that they happen.
