Kamamura: Anyone cares for a quick review of Smugglers? Is it worth playing?

I know it probably cures cancer and rescues lost relatives, but... seriously.
No it doesn't, but for every game downloaded a Justin Bieber fan gets killed by a Nordic black metal fan.

Kamamura: Heroine Quest used to be available non-steam, direct installation too, strange they removed it.

Never mind, here is a link to slightly older, but playable 1.1.1 version. Actually, I finished the 1.0 version without problems:

No, someone has mentioned it earlier. Jack Kilby invented a handheld calculator, but it wasn't small enough for a pocket.

The Banner Saga and it's free to play tactic predecessor are the recent humble bundle for like $15.

I tried banner saga, it's quite likable, the art is superb, the oregon's trail style of gameplay not so much. Still, 8 out of 10 in my book.

They probably need a lot of copies of Smugglers in Nigeria right now then.... too soon?

But seriously, this game is actually a lot of fun. It sat on my shelf for a long time, but I finally first played it a few weeks ago and fell in love! There is so much detail, and some of the game play is very reminiscent of MoO. Very fun and well thought-out. Seriously, there is a lot of detail to it. The combat could use a little less randomness, but still very fun.

eiii: Right. :P I'm still reading up the part I missed during my sleep. Great Community! I'm a slow typer and not a fan of forums at all. I hate it when I type something into my browser, than press a wrong button, anything is gone and I have to re-type it ... So I usually avoid forums. But this one is fun. Not sure if it's because of gamers or because of DRM free minded people, probably because of both of it. Thanks to all the people here providing infos, answers and statistics, also the free mini English lessons, I enjoy all of it. And I'm impressed by the gifting culture here. I'm afraid I'll have to come back, even when this sale is over. :P

HypersomniacLive: If I may make a suggestion - in case your browser is Firefox, Chrome, Safari or a fork of those you can install the Lazarus add-on, it auto-saves as you type in web-forms and provides easy recovery.
Thanks for the link, meant to search for something like that for ages, but usually forget until the next hindsight

A game that defined a new genre at the time with isometric 3d maps, a style that lived on right through to the Baldur's Gate series.
