Niggles: any ideas of which of those left which maybe the slowest (HMA is a given....) or quickest movers?
Slowest is easy - Alan Wake American Nightmare. Quickest I'll go on a limb and say Star Control. Though my gut says Shelter. You heard it here first... :)

*edit* To change thoughT to though NOT to fake my pick! ;)

Tarnicus: And do you see the code under that gifts tab?
avatar
odbo255: Yes indeed.
Unsure if you got it answered given I haven't read to the end of the thread yet, but that code can be redeemed by yourself here https://secure.gog.com/redeem or by clicking the link at the bottom left of the page to access that link.

You can copy and paste your code to another to redeem if that is what you wish to do, and it will tell you who has redeemed it :)
Any one know why I can log in on phone and tablet but get error when I try to buy something

Judging from round 2 I would say that HMA, FSW Ten Hammers and Alan Wake's American Nightmare are gonna be slow movers. Not sure if there are any more.

The quickest can easily be The Bard's Tale - everyone seems to be waiting for it, including myself!

I suspect those three will appear with less copies than before and will be gone in less time than most people thinks.
Jack Keane is so popular that they've brought him back for a one time series of 12 games!

This is despite the fact that the last game was promoted extensively as the *final* game.

When Jack Keane 2 was finished, the executive producer said:
"Jack and I have loved every minute of making the games, but we all believe that now is the right time to call it a day. I echo his sentiments of gratitude toward the amazing creative team, as well as the studio and publisher who have always believed in us and shown us unbelievable support."

When asked to comment about the additional games, the publisher said the following, "a [sic] big scope and top talent and top marketing budgets."

Look for it soon, Jack Keane in "Twelve More Keanings."

EDIT: Okay, I went a long way around for this joke.

Stilton: This is getting more surreal by the minute - I'm half Clint Eastwood now and half Viking with wildlife in his head. Who wouldn't be confused?!!!
avatar
bluey83: That my firend, is a very fair point!
In all the confusion I feel a bit lost, and I've just got to ask myself, 'Do I feel lucky,' this being a two-headed axe, the most powerful axe in the world and could cut a Briton's head clean off. Well, do I? (more misquoting)

Ooooh yes for sure I've seen a few people hunting The Bard's Tale and it went VERY quick in round one!

Unless they drop the quantity on Humans Must Answer down to a hundred, that one's going to be a soulbreaker.

Mmm, the three Sam and Max games should go very quickly as they are 90% off, which is insane for $30+ games. Papers, Please is fantastic, so that will go quickly. A lot of people have been wanting to get Heretic, so that should hopefully sell well. Stronghold Crusader HD is a true classic. Same with Zork, Bard's Tale, and Hitman. Shelter is less than a dollar, so no slowdowns there.

I'm going to guess Book Of Unwritten Tales: The Critter Chronicles, Humans Must Answer, Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers, Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness, and Battle Worlds: Kronos will be the slow ones. Either because they are very expensive (Kronos) or because they are niche games (HMA) or because they are simply bad (Angel of Darkness).

I used my iPhone to grab most of these while at a work...

I had the same issue, but used something other than the default browser, like Firefox, and no longer received an error on my Samsung GS3
