Back in the earlier years of Anarchy Online we had to level up off mobs called Hecklers. Hecklers were big, dumb creatures with a lot of health so it took forever to kill them, and made one of the barriers to getting max level just being able to stay awake. So someone invented 'Heckler napping,' which was sleeping between the the time it took to initiate your auto attack and the time it took for the Heckler to die.
