Does SWAT 3 already said farewell?

pmn357: It's a actually a bargain at $2. People make fun of DX2 the same way they used to make fun of Diakatana. I just don't get it. On it's own merits, Invisible War is a decent game.
avatar
Tarnicus: Yeah that's what I see as the main problem too. The majority of bad reviews on the game relate to comparing it to Deus Ex. The sequel on it's own merits is definitely worth $2.
When I first saw DX2. I didn't like it compared to the original. But as I played DX2 I really enjoyed it, especially for $1 at a garage sale. ;)

mc_leod: Hehe, a lot of leary eyed people around the world
and now also some who are doing diet
- there must be some evil world domination plan here at gog.
At least the cat owners have some cans of meat at home ;-)

awalterj: GOG did not enslave us, it is the greed within our hearts that does so.

Not doing diet btw, I just ate a bowl of low budget cornflakes and I caught several hours of sleep during Time Commando.
This whole thing is a complete waste of time and I love it because sometimes in Life you want to waste time willfully, it's fun to 'stick a finger' to the clock that never shows mercy and never stops.
Participating in this sale is my protest against time itself, evil entity as it is.
Good point, a lot of the fun is just this forum
and as i can imagine a lot of our pack are old enough to know that
waste of time willfully is just allowing oneself a little luxury in our fast-paced world

Nope.
Anyone willing to save me a giftable key for Quest for Glory 1-5, Gobliiins Pack and Capitalism 2? I am falling asleep.

EDIT: okay, now it makes sense...I had to chug a beer first :D

I considered putting a list of the reasons I don't like Invisible War aside from "It's not Deus Ex or Human Evolution", but this probably isn't the place for detailed discussion on the matter. Suffice to say that I, at least, do dislike it on its own merits and not just in comparison.

But then, I absolutely detest Arcanum while most everyone else here seems to adore it. So, y'know. Opinions.

Looks like Deus 2 hit a wall. Looked like it was going well for a while there.

And the anti-fans rejoiced!

*enter rejoicing sounds here*
Theme Park better be coming soon.

Heh, that game board looks a lot like mine. Now I know whom to ask when I'm in doubt of a game. :)
And I also enjoyed DX2, though I haven't played DX1 yet.

It's moving...

It feels like it's inviting me to buy my own copy... If only I did not have a big backlog...
