We all know it's tied to account, But I wonder when does it tie. IE when does the server decide what will be free?
After you do click, it's obviouslly ties YOUR attempt accordingly, so given the 3rd methood suggested, even if #236 was supposed to be free, you wouldn't get it if you clicked on #2 and #236, as your click was tied to #2.
