In the second round GOG reduced the number of copies and went by fast.
So what's the chance that they'll double the first round number this time around? All the other games have had increases on the previous rounds. Could be time to sleep after all. :-)

Heh yeah I can understand that, kind of like I am partial to Scottish accents even though there are regional differences with those as well.

When I went to the US, I had a lot of people comment on my English accent. Er I'm Australian. "Oooh I love Aussie accents!" So I'd respond with "Which one? There's quite a variety" My Steve Irwin impersonation seemed to elicit the best responses(probably due to familiarity from TV) but people were surprised at the variety, just as there appears to be in most, if not every culture.

First time on the forum, managed to pick up a few bargains so far (And a free copy of Wasteland 1) but the one i'm looking for the most is Theme Park, just hope it doesn't appear when I go to sleep soon.

No its not, because of the previous glitch they ran out of the copies they had for this promo.

If anyone is looking to grab keys for others, I believe Riven and Evil Genius are two with outstanding requests. Pretty sure HypersomniacLive was looking for those two, as were others. So if you happen to be the key-stashing-for-others type, and these come around while I'm away, you may make a fellow GOGnard happy indeed. :)

LynetteC: I actually have a slight Scottish accent, having lived in England since 1979, (moved with family as a little girl) but the compliment is gratefully received - especially at this time in the morning! I have to confess that I'm quite partial to american accents too. :-D

I'm from Edinburgh originally. Funny you should mention Florida, though. My husband wants to visit Disneyworld in Orlando next year for his 50th birthday.

Orionos: I find myself so often surprised at a game that used to consume so much of my time with graphics so completely immersive, now look so strange to me. Modern games really spoil a person.

EDIT: Wow, I used up the word 'so' a bit too much there...
Yeah I've struggled to o back to some games that I loved dearly in my youth due to how horrid the graphics appear now. My girlfriend is a bit younger than me, and the look on her face when she sees some of the games I play or played is hilarious. She can't comprehend what it is like to enjoy something that doesn't look all shiny and new. Maybe I'll convert her to an old school game some day :)

Haha, thank you for the welcome! I'm fairly excited, Shadowrun setup just finished downloading! (About time, too! Took about 3 hours!)
Honestly, I'm glad this site exists so I can finally play the games my family could never afford when I was a kid!
