Tarnicus: Linguini pesto for me as I'm too buggered to cook for myself as I prefer to :)
Bah, now I'm tempted as all heck to go get some Gnocchi Calabrese

ryuutane: Now I'm getting hungry, gotta prepare myself an Italian meal right away!

Eat it Activision, booya!

Time itself has slowed down to nothing, It's the Insomnia Event Horizon.

CarrionCrow: The comment from Turnip in the primary thread is that there isn't anything special set for after FTL. They chose to do the Keane joke when they figured more people would be able to see and enjoy it.

ALAS! But omega is right, of course.

As such, since I was awake literally all night yesterday, I think I will take this as my cue, after all, to tap out (even though I suppose that disqualifies me from the "hardcore" status which lowtech now enjoys...?) ;P
I guess I will forgo FTL for now, then...
(unless someone has a spare burning a whole in their digital gog shelf, that is!)
Have a good one, all.

AND thanks for making this thread such a friendly place to indulge in bleary-eyed back and forth...
Especially to zillatain, Tarnicus, Pidgeot, momo1991, HypersomniacLive, and Sinistar for keeping track of everything so diligently! Having your posts with the proper numbers/lists/gentle suggestions about gog forum protocol really formed the backbone of the thread, so that it could be a comfortable setting for lurkers like me to wander self-consciously in/stay a while!

Hope to pop in again some time.

Hazay: Good night, sedricm.
lol there's like 3 of us left or something, we could just call it and come back when everyone is awake :)
FTL finally! My husband and I have been taking turns through the night to get up and check on this....even our cats have done their part by being extra rowdy through the night to wake us up! Now I guess it's back to doing whatever it is that "regular" people do...or we could have a marathon game session to celebrate the Victoria Day long weekend! :)

Thanks for the great community and see y'all next time.

There'll be pasta and there'll be green...not enough ingredients for making pesto right now though.

EDIT: on the other hand, do hemp seeds make good pesto? If yes then you just gave me an idea. Yum.

It's become a matter of pride for me now to see it through to the end. I missed the Fall Insomnia sale, so now I feel like I have to see this one through to end. (Even if it does end up being just me alone in here. :D)

Oh yeah, I completely forgot that it was Victoria Day this weekend. Time flies...

I just woke up from my hybernation.
How many games are left?
(Really, 11 hours of sleep!!!)

Pidgeot: As far as I can tell, the first post in round 3 was http://www.gog.com/forum/general/spring_insomnia_promo_tracker/post3988, and we've now reached more than 15000 posts total.

Of course, round 1 and 2 only took about 31 hours combined - while this round has taken so far taken about 85. That's about 129 posts per hour for the first two rounds, and 134 for this round - so not that big of a difference in those terms, really.

Round 1 itself lasted 6 hours 12 minutes, and ended with http://www.gog.com/forum/general/spring_insomnia_promo_tracker/post963, for 155.3 posts/hour, and round 2 lasted 25 hours 27 minutes, for about 118.6 posts/hour.
Ah, yes it didn't even occur to me that the two faster rounds would simply mean, uh, less time, (duh!) for posts to rack up, lol. Fascinating stats, tho, thanks again! You are a wise and noble bird indeed. :D
