AstroZombies: Which one did you think it was?

krisbeattie: I honestly dont know haha. I bought it as soon as it popped up and then saw the screenshots and had no clue what I thought I was buying. Maybe it will be fun anyway?
Buy Tiny & Big for the awesome Indie music soundtrack!

Telika: Some aspects are great but most of it is awesome.

Tarnicus: Does that means Betrayal at Krondor/FTL have passed?
Are you actually buying these for yourself or more gifts? :-)

txnca: Floating down, through the clouds, memories come rushing up to meet me now, in the space between the heavens and the corner of some foreign field, I had a dream

trentonlf: getting heavy with the Pink Floyd
Favorite group, not that I had thought that, but just by the amount of LPs/CDs I have of them.

ahmedshaltout: So I am replaying space quest 4.. and t's really fun like I remember it.. this was the first adventure game I ever played back in 91.. but then I realized that as time passed I got used to the monkey island style more.. aka NOT DYING.. it's way too easy to die in this game lol
A lot of the older games seem to be that way, die die die, but they were also some of the most entertaining :)

Cyberevil: Yea that seems like the guy running the game just wanted to make sure your character was fail. It couldn't have been too much fun. GMs like that misunderstand the point of paper&pencil games.

Ixamyakxim: Sounds like Melvin! The three of you have played Cardhunter, yes?
nope, didn't go in on Cardhunter, kinda forgot about it, is it going strong?
18 left...but think it is like a pot of water you want to boil, watching it makes it take longer! lol

Come on people, think how envious your family/colleagues/schoolmates will be when you tell them you bought a game where the quest is to look for you grandpa's underwear!

AstroZombies: It's funny because I kept thinking it was a point and click game, and I have no idea which one I'm mistaking for.
Edna & Harvey maybe?

I played it a while back and loved it - given I'm not a big powergamer so I only played it for the single player campaign (which has a really fun, funny and charming storyline / presentation). But I can't speak to the Player vs Player situation at the moment. However the DM being described here is spot on to aspects of "Melvin," the big brother of the DM in CardHunter. He's also a DM and has a different idea of what his role is meant to be in an RPG...

I already own both Edna & Harveys. I own most point and click games because its the one genre my gf is obsessed with.
