Kamamura: The night of The Keaning.
Oh no Kamamura is starting to hallucinate. Bring medicine!

tinyE: I'm beginning to think I may not be able to do any purchasing, redeeming, or downloading until this sale is over because of the servers so does anyone know how long we've got to go?
avatar
Momo1991: Well like the last one - approx 6-8 hrs for Round One, approx 24 hrs Round Two and approx 4 days Round Three... So yeah sometime tomorrow most likely...
It's been a little over 3 days for round 3 so far, and we have 12 games left... if it scales linearly, it'll end about 10 hours from now, but with some of those titles...

SirRobbie: Does anyone have spare copies of Little BigAdventure 2 and Police Quest.I would happilytrade them for my humblebundlegames: Psychonauts, Civilization3
Sorry mate, but this isn't a trading thread, this is the trading thread. You would get a better response asking there.

foxworks: It's a sign that the game is moving quickly = more server load. It's a good sign, albeit annoying... :)
avatar
Momo1991: Nope - it only happens in really long threads and has nothing to do with the server - well technically it does but not server overload.
Ah, i wondered why i didn't have this before. Probably a small calculation-roundoff-error-keany that indeed only pops up when the margin is big enough...

Now, should i buy another gift from these last five/two/late...

MissFable: Only a few copies left on Stronghold. Desperados has the greatest chance to appear next but personally I hope it breaks the pattern again.
Desperados... You were right.

tinyE: so does anyone know how long we've got to go?
The answer lies here. ;)
any ideas whats next after desperados?
Are there many mums and dads here with younger children (pre-teen) whose children are into pc/console gaming?

I'd like to know what rules/restrictions you apply to your child's gaming time. I have a twelve year old daughter who loves the sprawling multiplayer adventure of Star Stable (lots of young girls galloping about, racing, performing tasks and even disco dancing on Friday and Saturday nights) and I'm pleased she gets so much out of it. She even has her own club there with regular members. But there are clearly limits to how much time she is allowed to play as well as how often.

How about yourselves? What do your children like and how much of it are they permitted?

I was hoping the same, but guess Desperados it is...

Hey everyone, quick off-topic question.

I have been on a MacBook (outside of work) for 5 years. I had been planning to get an iMac, but have decided to get a windows machine for the house instead. Double my gog possibilities. :)

I have some questions on what hardware might hold me for the next few years.

Is my best option going to be to start a topic in the "General" area once this is all said and done?

Kamamura: ... The gathering took place just after the sunset in the centre of the village by the cracking bonfire. The faces of the tribesmen were silent and grim, and even the wind seemed to subside momentarily in that fateful moment.

So it was here. Everyone knew the word, but few knew its true meaning. There were stories whispered around the evening campfires by the old women of the tribe, with skin wrinkled and dry and blind eyes looking into worlds other than our own, fragments of memories, legends, and of course, gossip. Stories of brave warriors with muscles chiseled out of stone turned to blabbering fools and shrieking madmen, tales of exhausted scouts dropping dead to the ground without visible wounds, dead like autumn leaves. Tales of incomprehensible shapes and lurking voices that lured the men further and further from the light, until they forgot everything but their names. Songs about lust so strong that it suppressed even the need to eat, drink and sleep.

Half-forgotten stories, like fat grey moths circling the campfire and flickers in men's glowing eyes, were all around them, for tonight was the night.

The night of The Keaning.
rep and if a second rep for the same post would work double it
Desperados. The pattern still holds strong.
