Dajjer: 30 game and not one single free one.

Just how do you get a free game?????
avatar
ChozoTull: You just click on buy and hope for the best.

20 games so far and no freebie
THANKS, I was wondering if I was doing something wrong because a number of folks got multiple free games. One guy even talked about going to the actual game site on GOG to get his freebees (yes plural).

Neverfree: I can't remember who was asking... but items that you have in checkout will not last more than 12+ hours, unless I was just unlucky. Kept Hammerwatch in there just to see if it would work like it did with some others. Still, you can keep them in checkout for awhile, if you'd like to do some research or read reviews before a purchase!
Probably was me, maybe someone else too. I won't risk 12 hours on an offer, but good to know that you don't need to hurry too much. Thank you!

foxworks: Despair not! Please check your PM!

IAmSinistar: Ach, pipped at the post again! I was going to send my copy, as it was the one I got free and already owned. I thought it would have nice symbolism, since Narcia hasn't had luck with the freebies but is still a good sport about it.
foxworks vs IAmSinistar: The Battle for the Ages.

Neverfree: OMG cats and horror? Perfect for my avatar.... mawhahaha

Grargar: Speaking of OMG Cat...
LOL. my cat does that we he sniffs things... is that weird?
And the pattern returns.
So, should I get Driftmoon to use as trade material in case I miss Long Live the Queen?

A gift otherwise.
Couldn't pull the trigger on PQ. It just looks so dated.
Coelocanth was looking for Driftmoon. Anybody has an extra copy?

Be a good choice I think.
Driftmoon is a very good, fun and funny game.

Yeah haha :) Little sad it didn't work, but it's good to know a time frame for these things

Nabbed it just now. Thanks for remembering though. :)
Driftmoon at this point means the pattern isn't entirely broken yet... there's still hope.

Same for me. It was hard not to, though.

wichogt: -Do you set aside a period of time on a given day or do you multitask?
-Do you just play anytime you want or can?
-Do you play for long or short periods of time?.
-Do you set your play time as a reward? if so, of what?
-Do you play one game at a time or more?

Teddykazooie: I play multiple games at the same time, though obviously not literally at the same time xD! I make progress on multiple games in the same day.

My problem is that I'm still trying to break into writing while juggling college and a full time job. So the best way I've found to keep up with games is to play games I can write stories about. I play Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead and write zombie survival stuff. I play Pokemon and write a fanfic using a Nuzlocke challenge.

I really want to play more games, but I need to finish my current writing projects first or I'll never see the end of it.
hmm that's a neat idea, nice way to integrate 2 things you do.

thanks for the input.
