Grargar: That's how life is. You can't play every great game.

Pidgeot: CHALLENGE ACC- wait, no, better not, considering the size of my backlog.
Hey now, just the Pokemon games can eat a considerable amount of your time. Especially if you get worried/crazy/psychotic enough about the EVs and the IVs.
That's our Larry, so little staying power. Keep on selling boy!

grimgroove: Wait, you don't have Deus Ex 1 yet on your Gog shelf?
avatar
P1na: Should I? Why would I bother, when I just got the sequel that is sure to be better in any possible way?
The only reason I have Deus Ex on my gameshelf is because of how appalingly bad it is. It makes all the other games look so good in comparison. It's the rotten tree in a vibrant forest, the rainy day in a month of sunshine. It's in no way pleasant, but playing through Deus Ex does make me realize how lucky we are that every other game that was ever produced is so much better.

Don't even joke about this!
Some poor soul might not have played the first Deus Ex games, take your post to be sincere, play Deus Ex 2: Soulcrushing Wars and never try one of the best games ever as a result!

Oh the huge manatee!

Yeah I'll bet, mines horrible and you make me look like a penny pincher. :/

Kamamura: BTW Steam is actually okay.
You seem to have misspelled "wholeheartedly evil".
FINALLY, Love For Sail shows up again! In Round One it was at the very beginning, meaning it was gone before most people even heard of the sale, & in Round Two it came up in the wee hours of the night (for North America, anyway). This probably explains why it's going faster than expected here...anyhow, final game I wanted from this sale, so the Insomnia shackles are finally done with here! Thank you & goodnight, everyone! ^_^

Tip: don't look at how much money you SPENT, look at how much money you SAVED in comparison to purchasing them all at full price! That should put the smile back on your face ;)
oh larry, remember your ribbed, peppermint, striped, glow in the dark condoms, OR ELSE!! ;P

Stacked up against such luminaries as Daikatana, or even more so David Cage's interactive cinematic masterpiece Fahrenheit, everything else can't help but look that much worse.

I never understood this notion. Why do you perceive Steam as evil?

Ubisoft always-connected DRM on Assassin Creed 2 or Settlers 7, now that was evil. But Steam?

It even has a linux version and supports linux titles. I wish SteamBox success.
