phaolo: Luckly (well, I had been quite.. vigilant) I managed to get all the cheap games I wanted.
Maybe I have one regret on skipping Warlord Battlecry 3, but I'm not sure as reviews are mixed and I already own WB2.
Ah that is one that I wished I had more gift copies of. I already passed on my one and only spare. Sounds like you did pretty well which is great :) Hopefully you get a freebie before the end of the sale for good luck :)

HypersomniacLive: Sorry to butt in, but you I think that you've misunderstood how the freebies work this time.
They have not decided that X and Y users will get a predefined number of freebies. It's totally random. I think each freebie per game is assigned a unique checkout url and if you happen to get it when you click on the "buy now" button then you get the game for free, if not then you you're asked to pay.
The measure they've taken this time though is that you can't get a different checkout url after you first click on the "buy now" button of a specific game, so there's no point to try and retry for the same game.
For me GOG has planned a limited number of free titles and then let the random chance decide who will get it.
It would be crazy otherwise.. or not?
In the algorithm they should have included a personal freebie limit, though.

Conrad57: is SHatered HAven that great? I got it as a freebie a long time ago. I don't usually go for horror genre. Compared to other games, the screen shots look tame--old style original zelda.

So, is it enjoyable?
You already have it, just give it a chance. :D

Ah my response wasn't directed to anyone specifically even though I quoted those posts :) I've seen a bit of the "it's not fair" mentality on this thread but then again Ive been following it for 11,000 or so posts so that's bound to happen :)
