I didn't want to be fair, I wanted a reminder and laugh to screenshot it as I was so tired yesterday I forgot to :D

I'll be 49 in almost exactly a month. I should get the whole catalogue for free, except they probably don't expect me to live long enough to play it. ;)

CarrionCrow: Carrot and stick. People want 'em, so GOG'll have them spaced out a bit. Ups impulse buy chances, especially with a lot of increasingly impatient/sleep deprived people.
Indeed. I've boughten 9 games now and all I wanted was Democracy 3. My shelf is almost to 400 dammit, I'll be dead before beating half of them. I even bought both Hitman games and I hardly ever play shooters. Friggin impulse buys.

Huh, apparently I had Hitman 2 on my wishlist. Glad I got it before it passed by again. I kind of wish the front page showed if they were on your wishlist next to what platforms they run on (or even whether you own them or not). It'd be nice.

Yeah, I got tempted a few times. Think I ended up with Seven Kingdoms on impulse. Got lucky in a way, this no-sleep sale had a surprisingly large amount of what I considered more obscure titles on my wishlist. Burned my cash cleaning those out.

I'm not sure if I read that those things were disabled to reduce the demand on the servers.

Tarnicus: I can relate to this sooo much and yet I seemingly have craploads of time, just not to devote to an epic game. Life seems to derail my attempts every time, and I've realised why. At the end of the sale I'm going to try and rectify that with an idea I've had :)

You're tag of "CRPGer" stood out as someone I thought of with the idea. I won't post the idea til after the sale when I've taken stock of what I've gotten (My Gifts section is the biggest jumbled mess right now with sent and redeemed codes splattering it! Wishlist - ability to organise gift codes more sensibly, ie not by date of purchase!)

Staring angrily at the counter with loathing in your eyes and willing it to move faster doesn't work.
Neither does pushing the little numbers with a pencil point.
