tcmsurfer: I was just like "ahh... sleep since 1.5 hours" and then went like "INSOMNIA SALE!", opened my eyes, took my phone to use the browser and was like "AHHHHH!!!! The Inner world! I wanted THAT! - 7 left ?!?!?" and kept pressing that "BUY NOW" button, which didn't wanna turn in a loading animation.

....

After selecting Paypal I knew I actually got it.... Phew, last minute. Now to fall back asleep again....

In Michigan, there's a German town called Frankenmuth that we used to visit, but I had never heard of a Danish town around.

Wow, beautiful little town, but unfortunately I've not been to California before. Too hot for my blood. I bet my wife would love to go though. Maybe for a winter vacation some year. At least we'd be able to drive down there and don't need a passport.

flickas: I have no idea how to say this without sounding snarky, not my intention. Have you tried asking him directly? "I need to sleep now, but the guest bedroom has wifi too." Hints sometimes don't translate well between cultures, he might enjoy staying up late and take your comments as encouragement. Look at us here pointing out how tired we are all the time without any intention to go to bed.

011284mm: I have pointed out I have work tomorrow and all he wanted to do was show me his photographs from where he has travelled today. A transport museum somewhere nearby, I have no idea exactly, which sounds rather bad.
When I tried explaining that I will look at them Saturday he just went back to Facebook. I get that given the time he arrives back with us he wants to spend as much time with us as possible, but I find people very difficult and just being nice for a long time is quite a challenge, especially with people I really do not know all that well.

The power from the laptop has now died I think as he is just watching the television. Well I am going to just wash up then rest on the recliner instead. If he wants to watch the television I guess he really should be allowed. He has managed to find some program about porn on BBC three - trust the French I guess.
Well if you can speak it, the French for that is..

"Il est tard maintenant, je veux dormir, s'il vous plait.."

Edit : Or bring him to your screen to read that line!

Re the cute thing...I love cats, kittens are gorgeous but I'm sooo kittened out after living in a house for a year and a half where there were 22 kittens born because the cat owner was too lazy/cheap/whatever to get his female desexed.

Hence I now have 4 cats (the largest from each litter became my steadfast followers and my girlfriend got the runt of one litter). And yes it was quite stressful and had me think a lot about the stresses of humans crowding in cities. Lots of fights, competition over resources, each finding their own tiny space inside to be theirs...and Im talking about the cats here lol

I'm about 5 pages behind the current thread, so I'm mind warping back to the past/future/present in order to respond whilst multi-tasking :)

I don't have anything on my list for me left I don't think. Am only looking to grab codes for a project I'm like to test out on GOG :)
