donsanderson: I appreciate anything, but sadly I have a few copies of that collecting dust somewhere already. ;)

I'm good but thanks, just trying to liven the place up a bit.
This is where the sale starts getting a bit tiring. ;-)
Heading home now, should be 20 min....hoping this game lasts me until then. FallOut2 is my game. Thanks everyone!!
Blehhhhhhh. Bleh.
So I have never in my life heard of Symphony. And in all honesty, it doesnt look like my kinda game. But, GOG just gave it to me for free. Im very proud of my first freebie and I will play it first thing tomorrow.

phaolo: Do only the old users get the freebies?
Depend on how old are you ;-)
nah nevermind
avatar
Melhelix: Everybody has a chance at getting freebies. My guess would be that there are 5? (has anyone received more than 5 freebies?) allocated to each account, and it's just a matter of finding which of the 100 are yours. So those who click (click, not actually purchase) on every title have a better chance.
avatar
Senteria: Don't you think GOG would go bankrupt if they gave out 5 games to every user?
they would loose more than they would like for sure. I've bought 18 and no freebies so I guess someone else has been getting mine if that was the case LOL. And yes I have been clicking buy on every game even if not buying

Senteria: Don't you think GOG would go bankrupt if they gave out 5 games to every user?
Nope, because the vast majority of people will not click on every Buy Now button. Plus the Insomnia sale, besides bringing in sales, is primarily a publicity stunt to bring in new users and inspire goodwill in the community. After all, how much of a profit do you think they are turning on games at the 80-90% off mark? Short term it may lose money, long term, well look at how close and awesome everyone is. Buyers have a much greater chance of sticking around, which is good for GOG.

Symphony is a fun game and I sure had my share of fun with it.

If you buy it: Try out the song: 'The Black Mages - The Extreme' for some extreme unexpected difficulty. :D

I guess you have a point. Well did not get a gift copy of symphony and I think by the time I wake up,l hitman is still on sale. :P I doubt it would sell within 1,5 hours anyway. Anyway, I will get my sleep and wake up in about 6,5 hours again.

Good night and happy hunting everyone.

Well, I did mean it, but if you're sure, I'm not going to force you. lol

And this isn't half as tiring as waiting in line at [insert big box store name here] on the day after Thanskgiving. :-)
Still only one freebie for me.
