GameRager knows the answer but he can't turn on YouTube with his favorite game to pick a suitable quote.
Vingry decided that it would be wise to place another quote from a different game and give an instant answer to it, because he can.

Doesn't matter almost all FPS gamers from 90s era know the answer. The proof can be provided as well soon after the first correct answer is given to a quote:

Technically, you're to blame for this a bit too. Sure Vingry should have read the OP to be sure what the thread is about... but you could have made a bit more clear in the title that this is a forum game thread.
