Planescape Torment...sensate society maybe?
Not sure, if I have read this ever before though.

OK, first hint:

It is from an RTS.

Is it from RTS with Space Marines, any relation to Homeworld series? ;)

This thread is dead.

7 people posting here does not mean dead. Just undead :P.

So yes, the RTS has a sci-fi setting. With all expansions, it has 9 playable factions.

Perhaps it has anything to do with Games Workshop franchise? Just saying.
Could it be that a person from one of this 9 factions is a space marine, and a librarian? ;)

Some kind of blunt instrument one wages war with?

Or maybe a random guy who happens to go by the name of Isador?

Yes. But we need the name of the game.

Eh, I'll take it, seeing as no one who reads this thread other than Cadaver knows. The quote is from Dawn of War, an RTS set in the Warhammer 40k universe. It is said by either the Librarian Isador Akios of the Blood Ravens chapter in the campaign or generic Librarians in skirmishes.

Seeing the current traffic in this thread, the question is whether or not we should keep it running. It is your turn of course should you wish to continue it.
