morolf: Warcraft 2?
That's not really "dark" though imo. And I played it just a few weeks ago and can't remember "I don't want to".
Yes, it's Warcraft 2. It's not dark fantasy? Well, it's fantasy and in my opinion pretty dark.
Here is a link for the quote:

lol, I played most of Warcraft 2's Orc campaigns just a few weeks ago, but beyond "Yes master" I couldn't remember much of what the ogres say :-)
Ok, now something from me:

"A good saying! I will use your head for a puppet and make it say it over and over while we drink large amounts of mead! Life is pretty good, you know?"
Nobody having any idea?
Ok, first hint: It's from an rpg, last millenium.

Looks like a really fun guy to be around if you don't mind the villainness. I can practically see him twirling a mustache while doing these open threats to the heroes

I'll throw a random guess here: Anachronox

No, it's a western-style rpg.
Party can have up to six members.
It's the most famous of all RPG games released in late nineties. It's based on the the most famous fantasy set. The developer company is still in business, some speculate that it's not for long.

With the description from Cadaver, I guess it is Bioware and the game is Baldur's Gate? But I have no idea who says the quote.

This threw me right off, the western bit.Was trying to think of Cowboys and Indians and I have never played but I see someone may have figured it out and leave it at that:)

Yes, it's Baldur's Gate. There's a party of Iron Throne mercenaries in front of the entrance to the Cloakwood mines, and you can tell their leader "Always kill the mouthy one first"...which then causes him to reply with the lines quoted above :-)
Your turn.
OK, here goes:

"Grade-A alien beef."
